Hi, I’m Kathy Esper and if you’re a Creative-Conscious entrepreneur who is “stuck” in finding a creative process to grow a healthy business, then you’ve come to the right place! My specialty is providing a creative-friendly structure to take your energies (visions, ideas) and help them become “real” in the physical world (programs, services, profits)!
The truth is that Creative-Conscious entrepreneurs need structure, and yes, I know that structure is not always a feel-good thought for a heart-based entrepreneur!
But what if I could show you a fun, stimulating process to channel your energy, generate results, and moves your business forward?
That’s more appealing, right? How about a process that engages your mind AND connects to what lies inside the heart?
Far too many creatives stumble by trying to follow the boilerplate strategies and ideas put forth by the “gurus.” Maybe you’ve tried to implement a marketing tool or strategy that worked really well for someone else. The energy is high, and you are really excited to put this magic piece into action!

You’ll be excited to know that my equine-assisted coaching and learning programs are available as add-ins to existing programs or in a stand-alone format.
